ADVANCE REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Advance Request Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions supplement any and all other terms and conditions provided in order to use your Selene Finance LP online account.
Advance Requirements
You must have an active HELOC account in good standing that is within the open draw period as provided for by your account documents, or any modification thereof. The draw request must not exceed the maximum available credit as of the date of the request. Please be aware that payments made prior to an advance request may not be immediately available for an advance request.
Advance Delivery
The advance request must identify a checking or savings account that is in your name for the advance to be deposited. Any advance request received after 3:00 PM EST will be considered received the following business day.
We reserve the right to authenticate or verify your identity and account status before processing your advance request. If we are not able to do so, your advance request will be denied. If approved, advances should be disbursed within 3 business days after receipt of the request.
Interest will accrue on the advance from the date the funds are disbursed, in accordance with the interest rate as calculated by the HELOC agreement. You agree to repay the advance according to the terms of the HELOC agreement. Any advance that results in excess of your credit limit, the amount in excess of your credit limit must be repaid, in addition to your minimum payment due, within the next billing cycle.
Before an advance is disbursed, it may be canceled through your online account. Once an advance is disbursed, it cannot be cancelled.
Liability
If you permit others to use your online account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. If you believe your online account or password has been compromised, or any advance has been requested that you did not authorize, notify us immediately. Selene Finance LP is not liable if we are unable to complete the advance. For example, if your account does not have sufficient credit limit to complete the advance, the account you identify to receive the advance mishandles or delays processing the advance, you have not provided us with complete and correct advance information, the account you identified is closed, and/or there are circumstances beyond our control. Selene will not be liable for a transfer into an account if we were following your instructions. A transfer cannot be reversed.
By requesting an advance, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the original HELOC agreement, and any modification thereof.
